By reserving a spot, you assume full responsibility for any property damage incurred by F and C Homes. You also agree to reimburse F and C Homes for replacement or repairs necessary to return property to its original condition. If evicted from this premises, no money will be refunded. If property damage is committed by a minor, their parent\/legal guardian assumes full responsibility for their actions on their behalf.<\/p>\n ASSUMPTION OF RISK<\/strong><\/p>\n By reserving a spot, you acknowledges that traveling with an RV can be a dangerous activity. By participating in such travel, you may incur either personal or possibly fatal injuries. You also acknowledge that participating in such activities may result in loss or damage of personal items or personal property. By reserving a spot, you acknowledges and assume responsibility for those risks.<\/p>\n NO CAMPING<\/strong><\/p>\n Cedar Grove RV Parks are not campgrounds. Please do not camp in the privately owned areas surrounding the RV Park.<\/p>\n RELEASE OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n By reserving a spot, you fully assume all risks associated with transportation, vacationing, travelling, hiking, walking, lodging, etc. This includes the possibility of drowning, personal injury, or exposure to the elements.
