F and C Homes , LLC (hereby denoted as “F and C Homes) is the owner of Cedar Grove RV Park. F and C Homes does business as (DBA) Cedar Grove RV Park.
GENERAL NOTICE
The property that we do business on is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. By reserving a spot, you assume full responsibility for any property damage incurred by F and C Homes. You also agree to reimburse F and C Homes for replacement or repairs necessary to return property to its original condition. If evicted from this premises, no money will be refunded. If property damage is committed by a minor, their parent/legal guardian assumes full responsibility for their actions on their behalf.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By reserving a spot, you acknowledges that traveling with an RV can be a dangerous activity. By participating in such travel, you may incur either personal or possibly fatal injuries. You also acknowledge that participating in such activities may result in loss or damage of personal items or personal property. By reserving a spot, you acknowledges and assume responsibility for those risks.
NO CAMPING
Cedar Grove RV Parks are not campgrounds. Please do not camp in the privately owned areas surrounding the RV Park.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By reserving a spot, you fully assume all risks associated with transportation, vacationing, travelling, hiking, walking, lodging, etc. This includes the possibility of drowning, personal injury, or exposure to the elements. I agree to voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless F and C Homes, and any of its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with participation in these activities or your use of their equipment or facilities arising from F and C Homes, or its representative’s negligence or my own negligence.
